SUCCESS STORIES
As a member of the Region 10 Comprehensive Center (R10CC) team, we collaborated with MDE staff to conduct a landscape study of Competency Based Education (CBE) practices in Minnesota. This study draws upon survey data to better understand which schools are implementing learner-centered education practices and to learn more about their goals successes, and challenges.
As an external consultant, we collaborated with TDOE staff to strengthen the capacity of district and school staff for implementing the TN Innovative School Models (ISM) grant. We worked hand-in-hand with the TDOE ISM team to design and deliver accessible trainings and resources.
As NBOA’s research partner for their national study of independent school compensation practices, we used survey methods to identify existing compensation practices. Results are being used to support independent schools of all sizes, locations and missions consider their compensation systems and how they might adjust them to recruit and retain mission-aligned faculty, staff and administrators.
As a member of the Region 10 Comprehensive Center (R10CC) team, we collaborated with DPI to design and deliver trainings for Statewide System of Support (SOS) staff. These asynchronous trainings strengthened capacity of SOS staff to support CSI schools in the identification, selection, and implementation of Evidence Based Improvement Strategies (EBIS).
As ITPs CEO, Peter brings over 25 years of experience supporting educational organizations in the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs and policies. Peter’s foundational experiences as a 4-7th grade teacher, have instilled a passion for supporting education communities implement and continuously improve programs and policies which equitably develop the competencies of all learners.
As ITPs CIO, Jesse brings over 30 years of experience in user-centered application development, maintenance, and management. Jesse leads ITP technology initiatives ranging from mobile application development, database creation and management, process, reliability, and conversion solutions, and technical assistance.
